how do you make the picture .. seem to glow? like a sunday afternoon .. is that natural or was rendered using photoshop? mais en tout cas, c'est mignon

The glow is half natural and half PS. The sun was setting so I got nice lighting, but I enhanced it in PS using a midnight sepia action.
